§ 1735 Payment of contributions or withholdings; personal liability;
assessments; collection remedies.
An individual who has charge of the affairs of a corporation or other entity and willfully does not pay contributions required by this division by the delinquent date is personally responsible and liable for the full amount of the contributions, penalties, and interest that is unpaid by the employing entity. The director may asses the individual for the amount of contributions and extras owed.
